The Ancient Greek Holiday Camp is going to be principally a combination of summer holidays with educational and recreation activities, which are inspired by the ancient Greek spirit. Main activities that were characteristic of the ancient Greek lifestyle will be harmonically integrated in summer holiday program. Theater and sport activities will be combined with swimming and “creative relaxation”, a perfect Greek holidays combination.
Theater and sports activities will be prepared and performed by the visitors/ participants following the prototypes that were defined and followed in Ancient Athens theatrical scene and in ancient Olympic Games respectively.
The nutrition programme will bear crucial elements from ancient Greek nutritional habits and in any occasion it will be an exemplar of a Mediterranean diet.
Simultaneously, the main objective of sea bathing will be the enjoyment of a clean sea with excellent water quality.
Additionally, two excursions in important archeological sites are scheduled (Ancient Olympia and Mycenae- Epidaurus).
The Camp will be open from 1 June- 10 September in predefined periods.
